Toby is inspired by the convergence of technology, data, content and consumer behavioural change as the intersection to the future of commerce.
A CEO with 25 years’ diverse experience working with market leading consumer brands enabling customer driven growth in D2C, marketing services, distribution and direct subsidiaries in verticals including health and beauty, performance nutrition, sports and entertainment, consumer electronics, FMCG, and telecommunications.
Experienced across both client and agency side Toby is a highly adaptive leader supporting brand and customer led transformation for start up brands to multi-national brands including: BODIE*Z, Mars Royal Canin, Yes You Can Drinks, P&G, Philips, Samsung, Optus, Mars, Lion & Visa.
With the recent growth in eCommerce and omnichannel sales channels, Toby is passionate about sharing his diverse experience to support brands scale growth as a connected customer experience. To support brands to own the sale, the customer ( data ) and connect the process for growth.

Claudia North has carved a niche for herself in the digital marketing and eCommerce space. With degrees in Marketing and a rich history spanning financial services to advertising, she brings over three decades of expertise.
Claudia’s first eCommerce business, now present in over 30 countries, led her to create the world’s first eCommerce advice platform for small businesses. As a celebrated author and speaker, she’s collaborated with institutions like the NSW Government and the National Retailers Association, earning her recognitions like the Top 50 Small Business Leader of 2022.
In the world of connected commerce, Claudia’s hands-on experience stands out. Running her own business and working directly with hundreds of SMBs in eCommerce has given her real-world insights into online commerce. Her book, “The eCommerce Growth Framework™,” showcases her deep understanding and offers practical strategies for small and medium businesses.
With years in digital marketing, content marketing, and marketing technology, Claudia effortlessly merges traditional and innovative strategies, ensuring brands meet the ever-changing demands of digital consumers.
